Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev delivered a speech in front of the Shipka Monument of Freedom. President Radev is a patron of the National Initiative Committee for the celebrations of the 140th anniversary of the Russo-Turkish War of 1877-1878 and the restoration of the Bulgarian statehood.
