President Rumen Radev: Stand of Bulgaria’s cabinet on Skripal case is balanced

Bulgaria has a balanced position on the Skripal case, this country’s President Rumen Radev said on occasion of the decision of the Bulgarian government to summon the Bulgarian Ambassador to the Russian Federation Boyko Kotsev for consultations in Sofia. The cabinet has the right to summon the country’s ambassador for consultations and it has to motivate its actions, Bulgaria’s head of state said and added that this step was not coordinated with him.
