On 5 May Sofia will host the first urban horse riding demonstration tournament of its kind in Bulgaria – the Sofia Cup.
The tournament is organized following the example of Paris, London, Monaco and other cities, which play host to such competitions every year. The contest will take place in Sofia’s Southern Park and admission will be free. 23 top jumping riders will take part in the event which is part of the initiative Sofia – European Capital of Sport.
