European Commissioner for Health and Food Safety Vytenis Andriukaitis will give a briefing today to Bulgarian journalists over the ovine rinderpest (sheep and goat plague) outbreak in Bulgaria.
Commissioner Andriukaitis recently stated that killing the infected animals was the only way to cope with the problem.
