In June 2018 the unemployment rate in the European Union remained at 6.9% (the lowest since 2008), data of Eurostat show. The Euro Area Unemployment was at 8.3%, (the lowest since December 2008). In June this year Bulgaria’s unemployment rate fell to 4.8%. In May it was slightly higher-4.9%.
