In the first match of the Europa League third qualifying round, the Bulgarian football club Ludogorets scored a victory over Zrinjski Mostar (Bosnia and Herzegovina) with 1:0. The victory is the first for the Bulgarians since 21 July and puts an end to a series of four consecutive games without success in all the tournaments - 2 in the First League and 2 in Europe. After dropping out of the Champions League battle, Ludogorets FC is now looking to take part in the group stage of the Europa League and for that purpose it must first remove Zrinjski Mostar in the return match and then defeat Georgia’s Torpedo Kutaisi.
