National Assemblies of Bulgaria and Azerbaijan to promote expansion of bilateral cooperation

The National Assemblies of Bulgaria and Azerbaijan are ready to work together and act towards expansion of cooperation between the two countries in various fields. The Parliaments of Bulgaria and Azerbaijan have significant role in the implementation of the Declaration on Strategic Partnership signed between the two countries, the President of the Bulgarian National Assembly Tsveta Karayancheva and the Speaker of the National Assembly of Azerbaijan Ogtay Asadov agreed during their meeting in Baku. Bulgaria and Azerbaijan can cooperate successfully in the power engineering sector as well as in the transport, agriculture, trade and economy fields, Tsveta Karayancheva said at the meeting.
