On November 2 Bulgaria’s Premier Boyko Borissov meets in the coastal city of Varna with his Greek counterpart Alexis Tsipras, Romania’s Prime Minister Viorica Dăncilă and Serbia’s President Aleksandar Vučić within the frameworks of the traditional Bulgaria-Greece-Romania-Serbia high-level Cooperation Council. Premiers Borissov, Tsipras and Dăncilă and President Vučić are to discuss regional infrastructural projects, European topics, as well as topics related to stability in the Balkans. The Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu will join the format at the invitation of Premier Borissov.
