Plenipotentiaries of EU member states to Bulgaria congratulated the Minister for the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the European Union Lilyana Pavlova for the excellent work of Bulgaria within the frameworks of the EU Presidency Trio Bulgaria-Estonia-Austria.
