At a briefing in Bulgaria’s capital Sofia the Minister for Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the European Union Lilyana Pavlova reported on the work of the Bulgaria-Estonia-Austria Trio which has been presiding the Council of the European Union from July 2017 until December 2018.
