The Bulgarian mobile application "Citizens" enables users to alarm responsible institutions not only about road violations, but also about urban problems such as potholes, abandoned cars, broken signs. The app shortens the path between citizens and institutions. Currently, signals are submitted from more than 300 locations in the country, as well as from a website. The application can also be used for signals from institutions to citizens and is often used for announcing repair works.
