Prices of water and natural gas in Bulgaria up on January 1, 2019

The Energy and Water Regulatory Commission has approved new prices of water and natural gas. On January 1, 2019 the price of natural gas in Bulgaria will see a 3.5% increase and 1 MHh will cost nearly EUR 23. The increase of water price will vary in different Bulgarian regions and will be up to 10%. In Bulgaria’s capital Sofia water price will rise by 9.68% to EUR 1.32 per cubic meter.
