Bulgaria needs to import builders: Engineer Ivan Boykov

There would be no language barrier, though I don’t know if their numbers would be enough to meet all needs, said engineer Ivan Boykov, until recently head of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber, commenting on Vietnam’s proposal to send workers over to Bulgaria.
