Bulgaria has denounced a trilateral agreement on multimodal transport with Armenia and Georgia. The document was signed in 2003, but has not been enforced, the Bulgarian Council of Ministers announces. The analysis of the texts from this document after Bulgaria’s accession to the European Union shows a series of discrepancies with the Community Law. After the denouncement Bulgaria will not have to make amendments to the texts that do not comply with the EU law.
