Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev awarded the Ambassador of the USA to Sofia Eric Rubin the Stara Planina Order First Degree. Bulgaria’s highest state order is conferred to Ambassador Rubin for his indisputable contribution to the development of the bilateral relations between Sofia and Washington, President Radev said. Ambassador Rubin updated the agenda of our bilateral relations. He brought new impulse into them, especially in the defense and security field, thus contributing to the modernization of the Bulgarian armed forces.
