In a phone conversation with the Secretary-General of the United Nations Antonio Guterres Bulgaria’s Premier Boyko Borissov voiced his full support for his position that by 2050 the European Union should become a leader in the fight against climate changes. Antonio Guterres thanked Premier Borissov for his personal commitment to the assertion of the Paris Agreement (the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change).
