The leader of VMRO Krasimir Karakachanov who serves as Deputy Premier for Public Order and Security and Minster of Defense announced that his political party has submitted to the Council of Ministers a conception for changes in the policy for integration of the Roma ethnic minority in Bulgaria containing measures for their fulfillment. The measures envisage suspension of social benefits when children do not go to school or when parents refuse qualification courses or job offers. According to this conception, the illegal ghettos should be removed and the practice known as children give birth to children should end. The conception will be included officially in the agenda of the Bulgarian cabinet, VMRO informs.
