This is what Prime Minister Boyko Borissov said commenting the arrest of a 20-year-old man, suspected of conducting a cyber-attack against the National Revenue Agency. "We have real wizards here. It is very important for such children to have the opportunity to work for the services and the state, in order not to inflict such damages, forcing us to press charges against them.
