Bulgaria and Vietnam will work towards restoring active bilateral cooperation in the economy and education.
Agreement on this was reached by President Rumen Radev and First Deputy Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Truong Hoa Binh who is paying a working visit to Bulgaria. The two noted that at present trade between the two countries stands at USD 100 million which does not live up to the potential of Bulgaria and Vietnam. Prospects for this exist in the sphere of information technologies, energy, agriculture, medicine etc. Rumen Radev and Truong Hoa Binh also called for reviving the traditions of bilateral exchange in education.
