The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced that Defense Minister Krassimir Karakachanov has authorized a Russian aircraft transporting the most modern Russian anti-aircraft missile systems to Serbia to fly over the territory of Bulgaria.
Following the Minister's permission and in agreement with the Ministry of Transport, in accordance with current regulations, a positive answer has been given for flights by Russian aircraft carrying the Pantsir 1 missile system to Serbia, the Ministry reported. According to Russian media, deliveries of the Pantsir complex are to be made by the end of February.
