A tender for the selection of a concessionaire of the Plovdiv Airport has started, Bulgarian Transport Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov has announced.
The concession period is 35 years. When evaluating bids, technical parameters will account for 55% of the assessment, while the remaining 45% will be determined by financial parameters.
