Bulgaria's President Radev calls for full mobilization, unity and solidarity against Covid-19

Bulgaria's President Rumen Radev, Prime Minister Boyko Borissov and Crisis Staff chief Ventsislav Mutafchiyski discussed on Sunday the situation with the spread of COVID-19 in Bulgaria. After the meeting, the president said that at this time of crisis, full mobilization, unity and solidarity are needed to cope with the trials. 

"Bulgaria and the world are going through a difficult ordeal. It requires the full mobilization of material resources and the moral forces of society. The epidemic will test the state's health systems and social systems. Let us express our respect and support for the Bulgarian doctors and nurses, to all the specialists who are the main focus of this battle", President Radev stated.

The Head of State called on the government to propose urgent mechanisms to assist those most affected by the restrictive measures.
