152 foreign tourists are still in Bulgaria's winter resorts

Foreign nationals who spent last night  in accommodation in Bulgaria amount to 961 people, Bulgaria's Tourism Minister Nikolina Angelkova announced at the press briefing at the Council of Ministers earlier today. She said the ministry was working on providing transportation for the foreign tourists accommodated in Bulgaria's winter resorts Bansko, Borovets and Pamporovo.

There are currently 25 foreign tourists the the ski resort Borovets. 21 are British and they are planned to leave on a charter flight on Friday. There are also one Austrian and 3 Serbian tourists in Borovets now, Tourism Minister Nikolina Angelkova announced. There are 16 foreign tourists in the ski resort Pamporovo who are also preparing to leave. 

In the ski resort Bansko which has been placed under quarantine there is the largest number of guests from abroad - 111. On March 20, 29 British citizens will leave the town. Talks are underway with the Russian Embassy in Bulgaria for the transportation of 66 Russian citizens from Bansko. 

Also, 47 organized tourists from Bulgaria are currently in exotic destinations around the globe such as Cuba, Mexico, Zanzibar, Easter Islands, Buenos Aires. The return of 12 Bulgarians from Argentina is also problematic, Minister Angelkova summed up
