Bulgaria to set up medical expert council to assist cabinet in handling COVID-19 crisis

A new medical council of experts is to be set up to assist the Bulgarian government in making economic and social decisions. This was announced by Prime Minister Boyko Borissov today. The new council will need to respond to important medical questions. Also, the cabinet will rely on a good dialogue between the new council and the National Coronavirus Crisis Staff, which continues to operate. 
"We want to unite everyone as much as possible, the people who have good understanding of the situation, and to find the best solutions," Borissov said. 
The new council will consist of 4 or 5 specialists.
