With the assistance of the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, special flights have been organized, which will allow Bulgarian citizens now in Spain and the United Arab Emirates to return to their homeland. In partnership with Bulgaria Air airline, a flight will be organized on the Sofia-Madrid-Barcelona-Sofia route, which will carry Bulgarian citizens who have expressed their wish to do so at the Bulgarian Embassy in Madrid and at the Consulates General in Barcelona and Valencia. They will have to pay 300 euros each to cover the flight costs.

The organization of a Bulgaria Air flight to the United Arab Emirates is also under way, where 50 Bulgarian citizens and 30 citizens of North Macedonia are seeking a way to return home.
