Bulgaria holds negotiations with Turkey to reduce TIR-truck lines along border

Foreign Minister Ekaterina Zaharieva announced that Bulgaria is holding negotiations with Turkey to reduce the lines of trucks along the border.

One of the reasons for this inconvenience is that Turkey has a list of countries, which includes Bulgaria, whose truck drivers are subject to quarantine. There are different ways to overcome this problem. The Bulgarian side has suggested replacing the drivers hampered by this requirement with drivers who have undergone a 14-day quarantine in Bulgaria.
