The flag was handed down to Viktor Gichev in Narvik, Norway which hosted the last Alpine Junior World Skiing Championships. It was terminated due to the COVID-19 epidemic. However, organizers and participants are omtimistic that the 2021 Alpine Junior World Skiing Championships in Bansko will be held on schedule.
