The 135-member crew of Verni Frigate was assessed highly for participating at joint exercises of the Standing NATO Maritime Group 2. From March 23 until April 12 the frigate sailed 3,120 sea miles. Due to the measures taken against Covid-19, the crew respected a complete ban on landing and boarding other ships of the alliance. Verni frigate was temporarily deployed in Varna. The crew is passing medical examinations and tests before the ship returns to Atia naval base near Burgas.
