The parliamentary legal committee has adopted the amendments to the Health Act. These amendments refer to the restrictive measures after the end of the state of emergency on May 13. In case of an epidemic risk, it will be the government, not the Minister of Health, that will have the authority to declare an emergency epidemic situation in the whole country or in a separate region. The act can be appealed before the Supreme Administrative Court.
