New chatbot platform COME TO BULGARIA will help the tourism sector minimize the consequences of the coronavirus epidemic. The chatbot will acquaint tourists with the opportunities for a safe holiday in Bulgaria amidst Covid-19, offer information about Bulgaria’s culture, as well as information about the Bulgarian cities and historical sites. The artificial intelligence will not only chat with users, but will receive voice questions in Bulgarian and English.
