A great many of the almost 70 hotels in Golden Sands on the Black Sea are ready to open in the period from 15 June to 1 July.
“The situation is dynamic as there are many uncertainties connected with inbound tourism and the interpretation of the so-called soft measures which will be in place in Bulgaria after mid-June,” said Georgi Shterev, chairman of the Union of Hotel Owners in Golden Sands for Trud newspaper. He added that the hotels which will not be working this summer will be those which relied solely on the Russian market.
