You will see that Belene NPP will turn out to be a fantastic, huge, very nice project. I know from the participants in the tender for the power plant that in any case it will be very good, Prime Minister Boyko Borissov told the BNT. Where gas pipelines pass, there are no wars, everyone have their interests, we are geostrategically in the right place. The state helps small and medium-sized businesses by providing the cheapest possible energy resources.

Thus, Borissov commented on the agreement with Gazprom to reduce the gas price by 42%. Borissov listed the implemented infrastructure sites such as the Hemus and Struma highways as useful for the business sector and the country.
The construction of the Botevgrad-Mezdra speedway will start on June 10. With full mobilization, the section could be completed by the end of the year, Borissov said.
