Bulgaria wants to boost bilateral cooperation with Israel

"Israel is not only a strategic partner, but above all a friend of Bulgaria." This was stated by Bulgaria's Prime Minister Boyko Borissov in a telephone conversation with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The good practices of Bulgaria and Israel in the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic and the bilateral economic relations were discussed. Bulgaria has expressed its desire for even more active development of joint business, energy, innovation, pharmaceutical and cultural projects.
This year, Bulgaria and Israel mark 30 years since the restoration of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
