There are 100 sports events in the calendar of Sofia this year, as 20 of them will be held on the territory of Vitosha Nature Park. For this purpose, Sofia Municipality begins renovation of the tourist infrastructure and access to the mountain.

This year, the Kominite shelter will be restored and another one will be built - Boyanski Waterfall. 4 tourist routes and alleys will be renovated, as well as 11 mountain fountains.

Work on the mountain infrastructure will cost the municipal administration  130,000 BGN (about 65,000 euros).
