Government, business and trade unions set common priorities

Bulgaria’s cabinet, business and syndicates signed an agreement to accelerate economic development of the country. The agreement includes several national priorities: accession of Bulgaria to the Schengen Area, ERM 2 and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development; implementation of common measures to fight gray economy; promotion of investments in underdeveloped regions and development of competitive sectors. The parties are to work to promote small and medium-sized enterprises and develop a national strategy for participation at the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The partners negotiated to develop an Energy Strategy until 2050 based on the EU Green Deal.
