The scope of the Bulgarian Development Bank’s programme for interest-free crediting of natural persons affected by the coronavirus crisis is being extended, the bank has announced.

To obtain an interest-free loan of up to 4,500 Leva (2,300 euro), people will no longer need to be on unpaid leave or with suspended activities at the time the credit request is submitted. They will now be able to apply after returning to work, the only condition being to have had a labour contract during the last 6 months before applying.
