Sofia University Kliment Ohridski admits almost 6,000 applicants

Almost 6,000 students, out of a total of 10,600 applicants, have been admitted, at first ranking, to the prestigious Sofia University Kliment Ohridski, the oldest institute of higher learning in the country. 

The biggest number have chosen to study “Law”, followed by “Psychology” and “Software engineering”.  Interest is also high in “Graphic design”, “Early childhood and primary school pedagogy”, “English philology”, “Medicine” “International relations” etc. The applicants admitted include 63 winners of national Olympiads and comopetitions.
