"Impressive as fireworks after silence" - this is how jazz singer Vassil Petrov describes his new program. He will present it on a national tour, which starts with a concert in Plovdiv on July 21. Concerts follow in Burgas, Petrich, Varna, Balchik and others. Along with popular and beloved songs by Gershwin, Cole Porter, Jobim, the audience would hear “Michelle”, “Yesterday”, and “Something” by the Beatles, “Fragile” by Sting, “Smile” by Charlie Chaplin. The show is called Symphony Way and the idea for it was born in the months of social isolation.

"The separation was not very long, but it gave us a lot to think about," the singer says. “The musicians from Jordan Tonovski Trio, Symphony Orchestra - Vratsa, as well as young world-class violinist Zornitsa Ilarionova will be on stage with me."

"I am extremely happy to be a special guest on the tour and I am looking forward to it. The tour is like a sunrise to me in this difficult situation… With the orchestra I will perform several classical works and I have solos in several of Vasil Petrov's performances, which is a great honor to me," Zornitsa Ilarionova says.
