Opposition BSP requests hearing of prosecutor general Ivan Geshev in parliament

The Bulgarian Socialist Party, BSP, has requested that the President of the National Assembly organize a hearing of Prosecutor General Ivan Geshev in parliament over how the prosecutor’s office functions.

BSP MP Anton Kutev, who made the request, also demanded that MP from the Movement for Rights and Freedoms Delyan Peevski provide explanations in the plenary hall in connection with the allegations of his bonds with the executive branch.
