195 new Covid-19 cases over past 24 hours

195 new Covid-19 cases have been confirmed in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours out of 5,837 PCR tests performed, show data of the single information portal.  

7 people have died, 248 have recovered, and there are 55 coronavirus patients in ICU.

As of today Germany is declaring three regions in Bulgaria to be coronavirus high-risk regions – Varna, Blagoevgrad and Dobrich, the foreign ministry has announced. All people arriving in Germany from these regions will be tested, and until the test result is ready they will be subject to mandatory 14-day quarantine. The fine for violations is 25,000 euro.
