Traffic is heavy at the borders with Greece, Serbia and Romania, the Borderpolice  press service reports.
At the Bulgaria-Greece border Kapitan Petko Voivoda and Kulata border checkpoints have reopened to trucks in both directions. From 11 PM until 7 AM traffic is not allowed across Makaza and Kapitan Petko Voivoda check points with Greece, whatever the nationality of the drivers. It is not clear how long the restrictive measures will be in place.
