With the start of the new school year, large-scale police operations headed by the Prosecutor’s Office will be held against the spread of narcotics near Bulgarian schools. The final recipients of the narcotic substances are mainly young people. “Students are the most affected part of the society”, Valentin Valkov, District Prosecutor of Lovech contends.
