Fire near Svilengrad has been contained

Firefighting in the area of Svilengrad continues. Heavy-duty equipment has been making clearings in hard-to-reach places and teams patrol the perimeter, extinguishing spreading fires. The fire started from a spark of a tractor while cleaning a pasture, BNR correspondent in the region reported. Firefighters warn that the situation is not calm because of re-igniting fires. The meteorological forecast reports extreme index of fire danger in 6 districts in Bulgaria
