Bulgaria reports 26 new cases of Covid-19 and 60 recoveries in past 24 hours

26 new cases of Covid-19 have been registered in Bulgaria in the past 24 hours out of 1,470 PCR tests performed, data of the Single Coronavirus Information Portal shows. Less than 2% of all PCR tests returned positive. The total number of Covid-19 cases since the beginning of the pandemic reached 16,190. There are 4,264 active cases. 726 people are receiving medical treatment in hospitals, 63 of whom in intensive care units.

A total of 11,313 people have recovered from the virus until now. 60 patients were cured in the past 24 hours. 8 people died of Covid-19 in the past 24 hours, thus bringing the Covid-19 death toll to 613 people.
