This government is finished in a moral aspect. It is important that the government ends formally as well, Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev said. The rest is agony and waste of historical time. Moreover it fuels peoples’ anger further. The failed government cannot lead any constitutional debates and determine the future of this country, President Radev said during the opening of the new academic year at the Military Academy in Sofia.

An expert cabinet would mean a deception to the expectations of the people. If an expert cabinet is formed, the regime of Premier Boyko Borissov will again organize the elections and guarantee lifelong government. I have my own draft constitution ready, but I will not get involved in any debates until I see unconditional resignations, Rumen Radev said.
