“Dobrudzha 1940”.  This is the title of a photo exhibition opening in Varna on 11 September. It is part of the events marking the 80th anniversary since the signing of the Treaty of Craiova and the return of Southern Dobrudzha within the bounds of Bulgaria. The photographs on display trace the events connected with the signing of the treaty. The exposition includes a multimedia presentation “The call of Dobrudzha”, tracing the events from the autumn of 1940. Click here to see some of the archive photographs. The exposition is organized by the Regional Museum of History in Dobrich and is on at Northern Hall of the Museum of Archaeology in Varna.
