The magic of Bulgarian folklore comes to life in Bourgas

The show “The seven wonders of Bulgaria” will come to life on 12 September in the space between the Sea Casino cultural centre and the Ohlyuva (the Snail) stage in Bourgas on the Black Sea.

The audience will be able to enjoy performances by folk singers and Plamuche folklore dance ensemble, with digital scenography and to an electronic sound. The composition includes elements typical of all folklore regions in the country. The participants will present a folklore fairy tale to the sound of kaval, bagpipe, tambura and drum.

The actors are current and former alumni of the Lyubomir Pipkov National Music School, Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and the National Academy of Art.
