109 newly infected with coronavirus in Bulgaria

3.6% of a total of 3049 PCR tests performed in the past 24 hours were positive, according to the Single Information Portal. Two people passed away, 21 recovered and 716 patients remain in hospital - 31 of them in intensive care wards. There are 4608 active cases in this country. Most of the newly infected patients are in Sofia - 30, in Blagoevgrad - 25, in Burgas - 9 and in Plovdiv - 7. Since the beginning of the epidemic, 19,123 people have been infected with coronavirus, and the victims of the disease reached 767 .
