Bulgaria is a great friend of ours and we must be carefully and amicably presented in each possible way in view of the situation, said the North Macedonian Prime Minister Zoran Zaev quoted by the MKD website. The citizens are protesting in front of the Bulgarian Parliament and our intention to meet remains open, depending on the created conditions. We do not want to cause any irritation or unpleasant situation when the citizens there have opened other topics, says Zaev on the occasion of a possible meeting with Prime Minister Boyko Borissov.

Zaev is adamant that, as with his previous term in office, his first visit as prime minister abroad will be in Bulgaria. The Zaev-Borisov meeting is expected to resolve the dispute over Gotse Delchev's national identification.
