Prime Minister describes by-elections as success for ruling party

During a visit to the village of Lesidren, Prime Minister Boyko Borissov commented on the by-elections in the country, pointing out that the results showed GERB continued to be the preferred party. Out of 16 municipalities in 9 municipalities GERB had a victory in the first round and there are runoffs in two municipalities. In one municipality the coalition of "Yes, Bulgaria" won, BSP won in 2, and in 3 winner is MRF. At the same time they talk like we do not exist, Borisov said.

Asked whether the resignation of the government was on the agenda Deputy Prime Minister Krassimir Karakachanov said that such a thing has not been discussed for a long and it was not on the agenda of the cabinet. The minister paid a visit to Dolna Mitropolia where he attended the first military oath by the cadets at the Air Force School.
